TASK WEEK 7. PRESENT SIMPLE 3rd SINGULAR PERSON

Hello!!!! This week we are going to see how to use the present simple and the verbs with the 3rd singular person.

EXERCISE 1. Wacht this video about the present simple and the 3rd singular person:

*has (tercera persona de singular del verbo HAVE. Es especial y no sigue la regla general por lo que no se dice 'haves'.
*wake up: despertarse
* get up: levantarse
*sleep: dormir
*teach: enseñar
*wash: lavar
*cross: cruzar
*fix: arreglar
*buzz: zumbar, sonar
*carry: llevar, transportar
*fly: volar
*play: jugar, tocar(un instrumento)
*pay: pagar
*buy: comprar
*brush: cepillar
*start: empezar
*finish: terminar
*take: tomar
*begin: comenzar
*boil: hervir
*rise: levantar, elevar





EXERCISE 2. Look at the picture below. As you can see, the 3rd singular person is special. It uses 'does' instead of 'do' for questions and 'doesn't' instead of 'don't' for negative sentences:
